There have been legal strikes this year brutally broken up by police. Leaders have been picked up by the police, transported 40km and dumped and told to make their own way home. An attempt by junior police officers has been brutally broken by their own senior officers. The Swazi High Court refuses to abide by the new Swazi Constituion to allow freedom of assembley. I could go on all day about the lack of democracy in Swaziland, but I won;t.
