When dealing with a situation where we probably want to calm down the ISP over a feared libel issue, as it's not likely to actually go to court, it could be too easy to accidentally confuse an allegation. So for example, maybe "who link[ed] approvingly to [a] personal site...", rather than suggesting she makes a habit of linking approvingly to them more regularly :) Hi Alec.
